Form and function combine with the Brabus S class. At the high speeds these vehicles attain the aerodynamic properties are also a crucial factor. To minimize negative lift on front and rear axle and to create an optimal aerodynamic balance, the BRABUS designers are in the wind tunnel to develop a sporty-elegant body conversion kit. The components, which are manufactured from PUR plastics and carbon fibers, give the luxury sedan a dynamic visual upgrade. Many upgrades are available from suspension, engine, interior, wheels and body parts.

Brabus has added their new wide-body kit with fender flares that add a total of 4.7 inches to the width of the G-Class. Both wheel arches are seamlessly connected by restyled door moldings, and are highlighted by stainless-steel running boards with LED lighting. The new front apron does triple duty as it sends cool air to the engine and front brakes, reduces lift at the front axle, and turns night into day with six headlights and LED daytime running lights. At the rear, a new bumper with underride guard is fitted with a fog light and backup light on both sides. Improving downforce at the rear is a new roof mounted spoiler with integrated brake light.

Brabus SL class

Brabus designed new exterior components for the R231 tuning program using a wind tunnel. The components are made from OEM quality, lightweight PUR plastics, and can be installed on Mercedes-Benz SL models with or without the AMG Sport package. The Brabus SL aerodynamic kit features a front fascia addition, side skirt extensions, a rear fascia with integrated exhaust outlets, trunk spoiler, and fender air vent inserts.
